This Technical Support Specialist will be required to interact with customers directly by communicating on the telephone and via all electronic platforms. This Specialist will be required to reference technical drawings in order to interpret the builder's problem and to help the builder by providing a solution to his building problem. Additional duties include quality control and quality assurance in the manufacturing process of our standard and quick-build kits. The candidate will also exercise care and control over the design documents. This entails making revisions as necessary, documenting and monitoring their revision levels. The candidate will be responsible to promote sales, solicit potential clients and assist in the day to day running of the business.
