Earls Court Village is a new 128 bed Long Term Care Home, located on the North East side of London, currently recruiting for an Administrator who will report directly to the President.
Responsibilities will include assisting in developing the annual strategic plan and ensuring that operational goals are achieved.
This position is responsible to ensure that effective management and accountability systems are in place to satisfy the needs of the home for quality care and services to our clients. It will be an important criteria of this position to work with and be responsible for Human Resource management in the home, to promote and lead a supportive and effective management team and to ensure an overall caring working environment for all staff. This position also carries responsibilities for Ministry of Health and other regulatory authority reports are submitted as required. A good understanding and knowledge of the Long Term Care Act and Regulations is a requirement of this position.
