RESPONSIBILITIES - daily crop maintenance; -harvest preparation and trimming; -maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility inside the production area and facility at all times, including routine cleaning and sterilization of equipment and infrastructure; -maintain general care of tools, technical equipment, and production facility; -working with a high degree of safety; -perform and control activities related to cannabis material and execute production processes as per respective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); -adhere to strict sanitation SOPs during crop rotation, and after whenever cannabis is present in a room; -ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal organizational policies and security measures related to cannabis; -report regulatory issues and concerns to Quality Assurance department and manager; and -other responsibilities as assigned by Department Supervisors/ Leads and Managers. QUALIFICATIONS -demonstrated experience in cultivation of cannabis or other delicate commercial crops an asset; -exceptional attention to detail; -must be able to work independently and as a team; -knowledge of ACMPR and cannabis an asset; -must follow policies and contribute towards the goal of achieving production targets; -willingness and flexibility to complete any task that may be required; and -physical aptitude and health necessary to perform physical tasks.     The Lower Thames Valley Conservation Authority is seeking an experienced administrator to assume a strong leadership role for the organization, due to the pending retirement of the incumbent. PURPOSE OF POSITION: Providing strategic leadership, guidance and advice to the Conservation Authority Board and staff, and directing and co-ordinating the execution of the approved programs, policies and decisions, the General Manager/Secretary-Treasurer is the head of staff of the Authority and reports to the Committees and Board of Directors of the Authority.
