The Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant is responsible for all aspects of the financial system and reporting. The successful applicant will manage the compilation of financial statements and provide useful, accurate and timely information for use by executive management. This position will also provide administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations. This support will entail various marketing and communications, member services, backup to other staff and other activities. It is expected that the Bookkeeping activities will consume about 40% of overall time. This is a great position for someone starting out, possessing some appropriate experience, who wants to gain a broad exposure to the workings of an organization.
