RESTAURANT/FOOD SERVICES - ASSISTANT FOOD &BEVERAGE MANAGER
- The Assistant Food and Beverage Manage #1 is responsible for the handling of all of the administrative and operational duties of the Conference Centre and Oak Room Dining Room. This includes the supervision and coordination of all Banquet staff and their areas of responsibility. He/she is also responsible to assisting when called upon for the operation of Dave's Pub and Grill.
- Education
o Minimum Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent - degree preferred but not mandatory
- Skills
o Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
o Strong team building skills
o Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Professional Certification

- Experience
o minimum 2 years of supervisor experience in restaurant industry
